Summary

Marcel van Gaalen, Ph.D., is Vice President, Translational Sciences - New Technologies at Evotec, where he advances the use of innovative in vivo and translational research approaches to improve drug discovery outcomes. As part of this work, Evotec is expanding its research capabilities with JAX Envision^® enabled by the Allentown Discovery IVC home cage, to capturing continuous, objective data directly within the home cage, enabling earlier, more accurate insight into how disease and treatment actually affect the animal.

In this webinar, Dr. van Gaalen will discuss Evotec's experience with the platform, share representative results, and explore how digital phenotyping measures can reveal meaningful changes in animal health and disease progression that may be missed by manual/periodic observation methods.
